Q Grill was a request from a independent group of investors. We found the site in Camden, designed the space, researched the cooking technics and recipes, even travelled to Memphis Tennessee to immerse ourselves in the history of slow and low cooking. Following site refurbishment, web and social build, staff requirement and training we set about the very successful opening, much to the pleasure and returns to the investors.

The Project solution.

When developing a new concept in a crowded market it’s important to have clarity within the brand.
We worked closely with our friends at Plus agency on brand DNA , logo, brand guidelines and tone of voice.
There was a clarity and focus to our communication strategy to investors and public. Working with Neil Reading at Reading PR  to ensure London and national campaigns were co-ordinated.

Working with renowned chef Lee Bull from Soho House, our key focus to use London, national and international suppliers to ensure the products and cooking methods were true to our months of research in slow and low BBQ cooking.

Developing clarity online with a sharp website build and content was essential for the brand. Partnering with Si Root and his team at The Hideout with their many years experience in the hospitality sector, ensured the website journey reflected the brand and the online requirements.
