Des McDonald Associates were asked to work on a Wandsworth based project to design and develop a local Asador grill concept.

Asador Grill meaning means that the whole animal is skewered on a cross-shaped revolvingĀ grill.

The brief to create MeatUp included menu development, sourcing high quality produce from France and Spain, and to design a fabulous wine list with old world drinkable classics.

The team also oversaw the interior design, internal, external comms, aided to source operating supplies and equipment, put a training handbook into place and supported the restaurant opening.
